FAQ
The best option to get to Playa is flying to Cancun then getting a bus or taxi. The drive will take around 45 mins.
You will have the chance to stay in the same hotel with other participants very close to the venue. We will share the exact hotel recommendations with you before December. Alternatively you can team up with other participants or book your own accommodation nearby.
If your schedule is flexible, we recommend arriving in Playa 2 days before the event to settle in and to already meet other participants at informal meetups.
In general we suggest you to take a few days of holiday during the event, so that you can fully focus on the experience and the people around you. If your schedule is flexible, we recommend to stay a bit longer in Mexico and catch up on work after the gathering. If you do need to get some work done, that's okay too - our program always starts after 11 am, so you can work in the mornings.
Speaking at Nomadbase is a great opportunity to showcase your talent - and to help others improve their professional or personal lives. If you feel like you have something to share with the community, we’d love to hear from you here.
We will begin to plan the exact program for NBL Mexico in December.
In order to create a safe environment during the event, every participant will need to show a valid, negative Covid-19 test result upon registration to be able to attend our program. A fast test will do too, and similarly to other events, we ask this from all our attendees, regardless to whether they are vaccinated or not.

These rules can change at any moment, so please check what measures are in place before your departure.
