I am a prior career United States Military Officer where I led large teams/large programs working primarily with space systems (satellites, rockets, operations centers) with assignments across the US, Europe and other less tourist friendly places. On the side, I built a property rental business in the US and delegate/automate as much as possible. I do long term and furnished medium term rentals. I no longer do short term rentals due to the laws changing, but happy to chat with anyone about it.

When I left the military 3 years ago I had a choice of where to live for the first time in my life, so I decided to become a full time nomad instead! I’m one of the few cooler weather nomads who loves smaller cities, mountains, skiing, diving, hiking, camping in the back country, motorcycle adventures and also run sailing trips as a licensed Captain.
