Hello! My name is Astrid Heystee and I am a Business & Human Design Embodiment coach.

I’ve cracked the code on stress and calmness is now my superpower!Transformative travel has been a big part of my life and at some point in my travel journey I discovered that as travelers we cannot escape the “inner backpack”.

With a wide range of personal development tools like Human Design, Gene Keys, Reiki, Access Consciousness, Shadow work and Lifestyle by Design I help my coaching clients to create lives with less stress and more joy and wellbeing.

And I help people to travel within their own inner world and journey around themes as self love, creating inner freedom and tame the inner critic.

Next to coaching I am also organizing a Human Design Embodiment retreat in Portugal in 2026. And in my podcast ‘Self Love Unlocked – Travel & Work with Human Design‘ I combine solo episodes with interviews with fellow nomads and people who live their lives on their own terms!

This will be my third Nomad Cruise (with NC15 later this year also booked). I am looking forward to meeting familiar faces and meeting new people! And count me in for the ecstatic dance sessions, bachata, hugs, the deep connection workshop of Bori and good conversations! See you on board!
