Biography

Hey! I’m Cal. An entrepreneur, strategist, and founder of The Inner Compass Company. My career began in engineering, where I earned a First-Class Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering before joining a global consultancy. But it didn’t take long to realise that the traditional path wasn’t for me.

Over the past decade, I’ve built, scaled, and sold businesses across multiple countries, focusing on systems, automation, and strategic growth. I’ve led company expansions into new markets, revived underperforming ventures, and created operational structures that allow freedom without sacrificing results. My work now combines real-world business experience with transformational tools like Human Design, astrocartography, and behavioural strategy to help entrepreneurs create aligned, purpose-driven lives.

Interests
I’m passionate about clarity, performance, and living fully. My time outside of work is spent hiking, training, exploring new places, and deepening my understanding of human behaviour. I value honesty, freedom, and depth; whether in business, relationships, or personal development. My focus is simple: live deliberately, build with purpose, and help others do the same.
