I have gathered many identities throughout my life. On the cruise I mainly will live the identity of being a grandma and -together with my partner Robert Benninga- happy babysitter for Hera of one year and 5 months. Her parents Michael Krens and Sascha Pierlo are experienced Nomad cruisers. Both invited Robert and me to join them on this very special trip, not only to get some support with the little one but also to enjoy family-time. So here we are, excited to be with them and get to know you.

Who am I besides these family identities? There are a couple of professional ones: I am a psychologist, (body-oriented) psychotherapist, a couple therapist, group therapist, author, speaker, teacher, a guide and trusted companion for my clients in difficult times. The one who understands and helps to stay grounded and honest to oneself. To find the soul that speaks the truth and moves through life with courage, grace and joyful excitement. Personally, the beauty of keeping on developing myself emotionally, physically and spiritually is one of my deepest incentives, next to my ability and joy to connect with people with kindness, care, understanding and depth.

Together with my beloved partner Robert I give workshops for couples to help them understand their dynamics of sometimes feeling close to each other and sometimes painfully far away. Our motto: Let’s all work on making each other Safe, Seen and Supported.
