I studied once sport sciences and shifted 13 years ago to psychological, mental and emotional effects on humans. I am working as a trainer, consultant and systemic coach in topics of personal development and leadership. I run as a solopreneur two consulting businesses. 1. Consulting for leaders and employees in companies and universities – focus: mental, physical, emotional and soul resilience, communication, mental health and coping with stress; 2. Consulting and Coaching for leaders and coaches in (high performance) sports careers – focus: communication skills, resilience, relationship coach-athlete, self care. If I am in germany I am mainly based in Stuttgart, I am also a holder of a mexican residency. I LOVE to travel, see the world, ocean, sea, salsa, bachata, sailing, artistic gymnastics, yoga, meditation, latin american cultures, healthy food AND I am a big animal lover. I would say I am a kind, enthusiastic, open, and interested person who likes great conversations, community, fun, laugh and great times.
