Originally from Sioux, City, Iowa, I’ve lived long-term, all across the US, as well as in Norway, Ghana, and Japan. After 20 years serving as a pilot in the US Air Force, I retired, shifted my focus to real estate investing, and am now nomadic most of the year, with a homebase in Phoenix, AZ.
