Hi, I’m Laetitia. I’ve been a remote freelance L&D specialist for 5 years, meaning I design curriculums, trainings, workshops… basically anything that helps people learn, grow, and work (or feel) better together, so teams can operate at their best. I also coach people who think a lot, feel a lot, or just process the world a bit differently – often neurodivergent minds, including those who learned to mask it well. Right now, I’m exploring how to teach life skills to young adults, and learning about AI, no-code and automation to bring it to life.

I know how lonely building things can feel, and I love being a thinking partner – to structure ideas, simplify systems, or just create space to reflect. Always happy to connect for real – whether it’s about work, projects, or what keeps you up at night.
