I am a hug loving transformational travel advocate with 20 years’ experience living, working and exploring in over 70 countries. I truly believe in living life to its fullest, deep connection, that every day should be a sparkle day✨, creating unforgettable moments and enjoying the journey.

Although I have ended up in some weird and wonderful places and learnt from many unique experiences over the years, I am best known for one particularly epic adventure where I became part of the first all-female team to row, unsupported, across the Pacific Ocean! I am now an inspirational speaker (working with companies around the world and sharing the actionable insights from that record-setting expedition).

From developing a positive mindset, being aligned as a team as well as with your values, to embracing change with an adventure mindset, building a high-trust culture and navigating uncertainty, I love sharing the stories from that oceanic odyssey.
I met my German husband Holgi 6 years ago in Cape Town (one of my favourite places in the world) and we’re currently based in Seattle. It’s been quite the journey!
