Stephanie Isava Tenaille is a seasoned acro yoga instructor with a rich background that includes four acro yoga teacher trainings, two yoga teacher certifications, and advanced practice in strength and balance techniques.
She loves introducing beginners to the joys of acro yoga while also nerding out on technique with more advanced practitioners. Her dedicated handstand practice fuels her passion for strength, balance, and precision, which she brings into every class.
Stephanie’s goal is to create a space where participants can explore, connect, and surprise themselves with what they’re capable of achieving.
