Ecstatic dance
In this ecstatic dance session, we’ll create a safe and open space to explore movement as a path to self-expression and release. Participants are invited to let the body guide the journey.
Chris will curate a dynamic, flowing DJ set that builds in energy and gently lands again, while Rada will facilitate grounding practices and guide the group into and out of the experience. Together, we’ll celebrate flow, embodiment, and connection.
