Unlocking Inner Wisdom: Kundalini Yoga for Balance

A Kundalini Yoga session begins with an opening mantra or “tuning in” to center the mind and set an intention for the practice. From there, participants move through gentle warm-up exercises and breathwork to awaken awareness and stimulate energy flow. The heart of the class is a kriya – a carefully designed sequence of movements, postures, and breathing techniques that bring the body and mind into balance while fostering presence and focus.

Throughout the session, you’ll experience how Kundalini Yoga can heighten awareness, restore balanced energy flow, and create a deep inner connection and clarity. The class closes with a guided meditation and final chant, leaving you grounded, centered, and aligned – ready to carry this calm, balanced energy into the rest of your day.

    Apolka began her yoga journey 14 years ago while searching for ways to manage the intense stress of her corporate career. Over the years, she explored many styles – from Hatha to Bikram, Ashtanga to Aerial – before discovering Kundalini Yoga in 2022 through a fellow Nomad Cruiser.

    Instantly captivated by its transformative power, she became a dedicated practitioner and recently started her Kundalini Yoga teacher training. Passionate about sharing tools for balance and clarity, she now helps others reconnect with themselves and cultivate inner harmony through yoga.
