A 4-star luxury hotel close to the beach
The conference will take place at Hotel President, a 4-start luxury hotel located in Bantry Bay between the vibrant city and the Atlantic Ocean, just 1 minute away from Sea Point Promenade and the beach.
We negotiated a great deal for accommodation so that we can all stay there together. We highly recommend booking your accommodation here to get the most out of your Nomadbase Live experience. Alternatively you can book your own accommodation nearby.

FAQ
If it works well with your flights we recommend to arrive one or two days prior to the event so you have some time to settle in before we start.
In general we suggest you to take a few days of holiday during the event, so that you can fully focus on the experience and the people around you. If your schedule is flexible, we recommend to stay a bit longer in Cape Town and catch up on work after the gathering. If you do need to get some work done, that's okay too - our program always starts after 11 am, so you can work in the mornings.
We expect that many participants will continue to stay in Cape Town after the event or travel to natural attractions close by. There will also be a special reunion organized for those who want to travel together.
We've put together an amazing, 11-day long trip visitng some of the highlights of Southern Africa, sunch as Kruger National Park, Blyde River Canyon, Chobe National Park or Victoria Falls. We'll go on game drives, a river cruise and we'll have the chance to see the big 5: lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos and buffalo!

We don't give a refund for cancelled tickets but it is possible to transfer your ticket to another member until the 15th October.
We will stick to the legal Covid requirements in South Africa during the event. We will add the effective rules and regulations as we get closer to our starting date.
We constantly monitor the situation and are positive that we can make the event happen. However in case we have to cancel it, your payment will be refunded.
Speaking at Nomadbase is a great opportunity to showcase your talent - and to help others improve their professional or personal lives.
Our program schedule for NBL Africa is quite full already, but if your topic resonates with the audience, we will try to fit it in.
