Many questions are answered faster here than by e-mail.
- How do I cancel a booking? +
- Open the app, go to You → My Bookings, tap the booking, and choose Cancel. Refund eligibility depends on the event-specific policy shown at checkout.
- I forgot my password / can't sign in. +
- On the welcome screen, tap "Sign in" and enter your e-mail. We'll send you a magic-link to log in instantly — no password needed.
- How do I delete my account? +
- Open the app and go to You → Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account. This removes your profile, posts, and messages within 30 days. Booking and invoice records are kept for 10 years (EU tax law).
- Is the app available in my country? +
- Nomadbase is available worldwide via the Apple App Store and Google Play. Some events may have residency requirements — those are noted on the event page.
- I found a bug or have feature feedback. +
- The fastest way: open the app, go to You → Feedback. You can attach a screenshot and we'll see device/version info automatically. Or e-mail us at hello@nomadbase.com.
- How does payment work? +
- All bookings are processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Card details never reach our servers.
- Can I attend events as a non-member? +
- Most events are open to anyone — just book through the app. Some private events (e.g. team retreats) are invite-only and won't appear in your Discover tab.
- I'm a media or partnership contact. +
- Send an e-mail with subject "Press" or "Partnership" — we'll route it to the right person within 1–2 business days.
