By accessing or using the Nomadbase platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Nomadbase provides a platform for discovering, booking, and managing community events, retreats, and co-living experiences for digital nomads and remote workers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments

Certain events and services offered through Nomadbase require payment. By purchasing a ticket or booking, you agree to the following:

  • All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the event page.
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with your purchase.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary by event. General guidelines:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event start date are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees.
  • Cancellations made 14–30 days before the event may receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are generally non-refundable.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nomadbase and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page.
